Generate 30000 indtead of 1.5K pages

Hi,
I have purchased site map generator few months back. Generated sitemap once approx 1.1K pages. Now I want to add more pages to the sitemap. I reloaded and installed again.Now I am getting only 31K pages. I repeated few times. My configs. are Depth-10, Memory 2560, execution time 90000sec. 40000 url per page.
Can you help me?

could you please PM me your generator URL and an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached from homepage?
