Not all pages are indexed

I have a reasonably simple ecommerce site with just over 1,000 products, However, the generator is only reaching 727 urls.

Depth settings have been set to maximum so I'm not sure why it's failing to find all the pages.

could you please PM me your generator URL and an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached from homepage?
