Looks like you have uploaded the package *file* only, while you had to unpack it and upload all folders and files from it. Please check details here: https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/howto-install.html

I just bought the software and I have uploaded a folder called generator to my root folder and it contains all of the files and folders from the download. I have set all of the permissions correctly but when i access my site url [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] 404 error not found comes.


Please resolve ASAP.
