Only takes my homepage

My site is [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]. I installed the program to create the sitemap but only do it with the main direction ([ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]). I get no listing of all the dynamic pages.

What could be wrong?

Hello,

I see you have a single link to home.php on your homepage, please try to specify [ External links are visible to logged in users only ] as Starting URL setting.

Perfect!

But now I have another problem, the sitemap has been doing all night and now I see that process has been in 2h11m. But it has stopped standing there ... Indicates that remaining 18 minutes but no progress.

What can happen?
