Sitemap Generator Forum

Hiya all
How do you add the sitemap & where.   I generated the code but where do I add it on my site? My site is with microsoft small business & is [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ].  Please can soem one explain it really simply as I have read through other posts & links and I just dont get it

Anyone? It would be appreciated? I just dont know where I am suppose to add it? Do I just add a new page to my site & copy the html code in that?

you should upload created sitemap.xml file to your site and submit it to Google here: [ External links are visible to logged in users only ]

Basically, steps are described on our homepage: https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/

1. Enter your full website URL and some optional parameters in the form below.
2. Press 'Start' button and wait until the site is completely crawled (the progress will be indicated)
3. You will see the generated sitemap details page, including number of pages, broken links list, XML file content and link to a compressed sitemap. Download the sitemap file using this link and put it into the "public_html/" folder of your site.
4. Go to your Google Webmaster account and add your sitemap URL.
