I am having a problem whilst trying to run the crawl as the following message appears;

there was an error while retrieving the URL specified:
[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]
Error message. Error opening socket to [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

Is anyone able to help?

The URL to the generator is [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

I've defined server's IP address in generator configuration to "127.0.0.1" and that worked.
