site map help

I have just paid for an advanced installation I gave my ftp details as I paid, will the site map just appear in my footer or do I have to do something else. It wasnt very clear what the next step was. Any help would be great

Hello,

installations are normally performed wihtin 24 hours after the payment, you should have received an email from us with details regarding your installation when it's completed.

Ok I got the email saying site map had been installed but when I click to view it it says the page does not exist on this server do i have to change any configurations? also it is showing errors at the top of the configuration page
