Im confused. I have installed the generator code correcty...but:

It wont run. It gives a 404, but according to info I have red on Google this is correct on a Microsoft server isnt it? I understand it will not run a PHP script?

Ive tried it on a linux and it all works fine as expected.
Please advise as this page doesnt say it wont run on any particular server:

Hello,

it's possible that your server doesn't support PHP language, please check that with your host.
