Sitemap Generator Forum

Hello,

When attempting to Crawl, I receive an "Error Opening Socket" message.

I have found similar threads, and I have tried the solutions listed within those threads, including entering my server IP address in the advanced settings, but I continue to receive the error.  I then noticed that all the other threads end in the Support Admin requesting a PM with the generator URL.  Is that what I should do?  Or do you have any other quick solutions you can offer me?
