Won't crawl past first page

Hi,
I'm trying to build a sitemap for [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]
However, the sitemap tool will not crawl past the home page.  Other pages are linked in.  Any Ideas?

Hello,

try using [ External links are visible to logged in users only ] as Starting URL.
