ShortUrls vs Not

I have a dynamic site that with a mod that rewrites shortUrls. Which is more Google friendly? Should I create two sets of sitemaps?

or
com/listing.php?id=142353

Hello,

I'd recommend to keep in sitemap only the preferred URLs list (*.html in your case) and exclude other duplicate links with "Exclude URLs" option.
