you should NOT copy/paste the sitemap content, please use "Save as" to store sitemap.xml on your PC and then upload that file to your website.

I don't know how to do it,
I click on the free sitemap,then I save the un compressed xml sitemap with notepad, and then I don't knwo how to upload the file to front page,I can't copy it,it is or select all,or copy donwloaded link,or select all,or open containing folder.....

so I tried all and I could not upload it,,,any help?

you should right-click on this link: https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/download/www.vintagecompany.com/sitemap.xml
then select "Save as" and store the file on your computer and upload it to your site,
