Homepage only indexed

Hi

We have just purchased your unlimited version but are finding that only our homepage in indexed....

Our site uses extensionless pages (this is the only cause I can think of), however it works perfectly with your free online version...

Any assistance would be great?

PS Also I checked it can be crawled by your robot simulator
