not crawling whole site

Every time I crawl the site it gives me different number of URLs.  And many pages are missing.
I have checked folder's permissions and everything but nothing is working.

could you please PM me your generator URL and an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached starting  from homepage?
