I try to access my sitemap generator per the instructions and I get a message:
The website declined to show this webpage
 HTTP 403 
   Most likely causes:
•This website requires you to log in.

This is what I get in Mozilla:

Directory Listing Denied
This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed.

try to add "index.php", i.e.:
