How do I add a file to my sitemap

I ran a sitemap test and I noticed my articles and Contact Us page was left out.  I can identify the files in dreamweaver but I am not sure how to add the files to the site map.

Do you have links to artcles/contact us somewhere on your site (like on homepage)?
