Can someone explain to me the difference between the Free Online Sitemap generator and the Unlimited Sitemap Generator?

I'm thinking of using this fine software but I need some answers.

our free online generator is a tool that resides on our server and allows to create sitemaps for external sites, limiting it to 500 pages.
Standalone sitemap generator is a PHP script that you download and install on *your* server. It has more configuration options, can be set up to automatically update sitemap and has no limit in sitemap size.

OK thanks I purchased it this afternoon. That's why I have a new username now!!

Now, I can't get into my website because I closed my browser while it was crawling. It has to finish eventually right? 

Once I get my sitemaps how do I get the code on my website
