HTML Site Map with Anchor Tags

Ccan i generate a sitemap with title as Anchor Text. if it is possible with any software please reply me.
some example of Anchor tags sitemap that i created manually are given below:

[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]
[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]


but it is too hectic work that's why i search a software or online tools for generated this type of sitemap

Hello,

since there might be multiple anchors pointing to the same page, this is not supported. Make sure that you have relevant page title on all your pages to get them on html sitemap.
