Sitemap Generator Forum

Hi,

I bought standalone generator last week and it's installed correctly.
My website is using OS commerce for online store and V bulletin for forum.
The generator crawling fine under os commerce but can not crawl under v bulletin.
I've checked it and it show the the v bulletin forum is on external link.

Kindly advise what to do so the generator can crawl both.

I'd suggest to check whether the URLs are crawlable using our SE bots simulator tool: https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/se-bot-simulator.html

Do you have both your main site and forum on *exactly* the same domain?

Domain for os commerce:  - [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]
and for forum: - [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

I checked them both with your SE bots simulator tool and both domain is crawlable.

Hello,

I see that the forum link in "Pusat Pelanggan" block on your homepage points forums.domain.com (not domain.com/forums/). You should correct the link.
