just bought this WITH install - where is the place to put FTP info?

The whole thing is in the title ...

I paided for it with Paypal
they added the additional money to the bill

I saw somewhere that I was to add FTP info to the comment area - but didn't find it.

how long will all this take?
I need it yesterday ....
