Sitemap Generator Forum

Hi there,

I've generated a sitemap using the free tool and uploaded to [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]sitemap.xml

Google is reporting Unsupported file format
Your Sitemap does not appear to be in a supported format. Please ensure it meets our Sitemap guidelines and resubmit.   Found: May 20, 2008

Any thoughts on the problem.

I've just submitted your sitemap to Google and got no errors:
    
sitemap.xml    Sitemap    16 minutes ago    OK    14

When you say you have submitted it to google, how have you done this? I'd like to be able to repeat it.

Does that imply it is a problem with how my web hosting is configured or the way the formatted.

Google webmaster tools is reporting.....
