Help please. Have bought the unlimited sitemaps nad cannot post on the unlinited

HI I have bought the   unlimited sitemaps and cannot post on the unlimited forum so I am putting my question.
I get an internal server arror when I try and crawl a site map. I have the generator installed on one domain and want to use it to crawl my other domains (on the same server). Can any of the admin team please help.

please use login/password sent to you in activation email with sitemap generator download link:
> Your forum username is: xxxxx
> Your forum password is: xxxxx

Then please PM me your generator URL so that I can check the issue.
