When I provide my website's root, I get only a quarter of the site's pages. I understand that it requires HTML links, as opposed to javascript links, in order to work. So, I provided the URL of my sitemap.html file, which has links to all subdirectories of the site. The result was a disappointing 57 out of a possible 200+ pages listed in the xml output.
