All pages not showing up

I have standalone Sitemap installed on a site. For some reason some of the pages are not showing up in the html sitemap. I know the crawler is finding the correct files because the header shows 22 files. Only 15 links are under the header tho. Any suggestions?

please let me know (in private message) your generator URL and an example URL that is not included in sitemap.
