Indexing problems

Hello,
   I am having a problem with one of my websites with the Online sitemap Generator for one of my websites it works Great indexes every page but, the other site it only indexes 19 pages although 2 days ago it indexed all the pages there. 
I even went and made new pages to see if it would pick them up and the generator still only indexes 19 pages.  Anything that could help would be appreciated. 
   I also have the stand alone generator but never could figure that out so I gave up on it.
Is there some code on my website that is telling it to stop at 19 pages?  I don't think I changed anything?  I will give the site URL if requested but do not want it seen as a SPAM advertisement on here
