Magento 2.4.6 (& 7) Excludes

 Hello, I desperately need help with the excludes for Magento 2.4.6. I tried using the old settings and nothing works. The generator runs on and on. I got a sitemap with over 3000 pages but only have 259 products. It is including the customer account and login pages. I looked back at every post on Magento and haven't found a solution. Help is needed and greatly appreciated.
